We ship all products using Royal Mail. All products are shipped on the same day of ordering, if the order has been received before 3.00 PM during weekdays (Monday to Friday) and before 11.00AM on Saturday.To some parts of Scotland & Northern Ireland, delivery can take longer.
For now our delivery options are second class and next day delivery. We will shortly introduce a first class signed delivery option too. If delivery is delayed we will contact you to let you know and we will attempt to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this and the delay is caused by an event outside our control we will not be liable for delays caused by the event.
The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us or from the time when you collect it from us. You own the product once we have accepted your order and received payment in full.
If you have a problem with the delivery (first or second class) we will provide you the number given to us by the post office and you will contact them directly. We suggest you to use the signed delivery option either in first or second class which avoids trouble. We inform you that a false claim for compensation could result in criminal prosecution.
